Strong & Secure - Registration Form

Strong & Secure is a 6-week women's self-defence class at ACC. It will take place on the following Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm: July 8, 15, 22, and August 5, 12, 19. Free childcare is available onsite. The cost for the class itself is $15 per session, which is payable at the door (cash). Come for some fun, fellowship, and exercise!
